Kommentar:   I did an amazing trip in the last week of August 2011. I was on a very tight schedule and had 3 days only (which sucked). Gunther (the owner) has suggested an amazing trip with 3 passes and scenic, low volume roads. He knows the area like the back of his hand, so if you are like me, last minute planner, take his suggestions. The 1200GS was in a perfect shape, and carried me through the passes without a moment of hesitation. NOTE: Even if it is 30C, bring warm riding gear - it gets chilly in the Alps.
The riding, the warm atmosphere and Gunther's big smile will leave you with a lot of memories. 5/5 stars!

Betrifft: Ride your dream bike ride
Kommentar:   Hi Bike Lovers , I am Saswat from India , at present working in Germany. Last week I have been to Salzburg and I hired a BMW 1200 CC bike from Günther. He had prepared every thing for my trip , the best way to travel , bike equipments and bike was in excellent condition. I have never expected such a professional as well as friendly service. While coming back to my Hotel , which was 15Km far from Salzburg , I lost the route and after one hour struggle , i reached Günther home and he not only helped me but also dropped me at my Hotel on his lovely Car. I will love to go for a next trip to Austria soon . I can say Salzburg Biking is the best place for hiring a bike without any doubt. I will suggest Günther for hiring a bike in Austria. Thanks a lot Gunther , hope we will meet soon with Indian Spiced dish as dinner :)

Betrifft: 1200GS rental late June, 2011
Kommentar:   It was Mike's dream to ride a BMW through the Alps and so we contacted Salzburg Biking. We were amazed at Gunther's professionalism and knowledge base, the quality of his bikes and the extraordinary enthusiasm he has for doing whatever he can to make one's experience the very best it can be. From his excellent English, to the great variety and superb quality of his gear, to the really fun itinerary he put together for us, it was a perfect experience! Plus we were so happy to spend the evening with Gunther and his lovely wife at a local pub for a traditional Austrian dinner and terrific conversation comparing life in the US to life in Austria upon our return to Anif. Whenever we get back to Austria we will stop in to Salzburg Biking again! Thanks so much for everything Gunther! Come see us in Arizona!!

Kommentar:   I had so much fun renting a bike from SalzburgBiking while in the Salzburg area for a weekend in June. The bike (F800 GS) was new and perfect for the twisty immaculate roads around the region. Günther is passionate about motorcycling and it was a blast to ride with him. We chased around the best of Salzburg, enjoying the “Sound of Music” tour. Fantastic! I especially enjoyed an evening with Günther and friends (hello to Annette and Bettina!) at a local pub there in Anif, having a few beers and watching the World Cup Championship. I highly recommend Günther and SalzburgBiking. Thanks again for a great time! I will be back and am looking forward to another ride with you soon. Maybe in Argentina and Chile!
Cheers,
Michael
